Dual-class first-class editor bug

Like many people, I dualled Imoen from Thief to Mage. I dual-classed her at Thief level 6, and she is now a level 5 Mage.
However, under the GateKeeper tab "Dual Only - First Class" it lists her Thief proficiencies, but her Mage level of 5. Changing this value changes her Mage class. I can't find a way to change her Thief class.
What am I doing wrong?
